Healthcare Rebranding: Why Sweep & Co is Now STR3

Not a coat of paint. A recalibration. Here is what we changed in this rebranding. what we refused to touch and the future it sets up.

STR3 wordmark beside the former Sweep and Co symbol linked by a hand-drawn arrow, marking the rebrand from Sweep and Co to STR3.

Your product is ready. Your brand is not. You have the clinical evidence, the pilots, the team that could carry this into the US market or through the next raise. And still the deals stall, the funnel leaks somewhere you cannot point to, and the healthcare buyers who should be sold are asking for one more call. The gap is not your product. It is the brand standing in front of it.

We know the shape of that gap because we lived a smaller version of it. A brand that describes the work well enough is not the same as a brand that does the work. Twelve months in, ours had started to lag what we were becoming. So we did the thing we tell clients to do. We stopped, and we recalibrated.

A company outgrows its name the way a founder outgrows a first deck. Keep wearing it and you signal you have stopped moving.

Why STR3, and why now

The driving force was never a fresh coat of paint. It was to set the stage for a business that does not fit the usual box. On one side, a consultative agency that has in the room where healthcare deals live or die for 20 years. On the other, a new-frontier AI SaaS built for the same rooms. Most firms are one or the other. We are deliberately both, and the old name could not carry that weight.

STR3 can. It reads as infrastructure, not adjective. It requires no explanation, which matters more than it sounds, because a buyer who has never heard of you reads your name before they read anything else. It sits comfortably beside the enterprise names our clients sell into. And it carries a digit, the quiet signal of a system rather than a service. Bold, sharp, unfussed. The way we intend to show up from here.

What changed, and what did not

A rebrand that discards its equity is not brave, it is careless. So we were precise about the line between what to kill, what to keep and what to build.

We killed

We kept

We built

The name that pointed backward.

A metaphor that needed explaining before we could say what we do.

One brand trying to be two things at once.

The Buyability thesis, our north star.

Brand as deal risk insurance, not decoration.

The frameworks, resources and editorial voice you came here for.

A two-house architecture. Agency and AI, each named plainly.

STR3.AI as product infrastructure, not a side project.

A name that sits next to the enterprise you sell into.

The architecture is the whole point. STR3.AGENCY is the consulting practice, where the strategic work lives. STR3.AI is where nunNEO sits, our diagnostic intelligence stack built for the psychological and regulatory complexity of healthcare. Two houses, one thesis: foundation before facade. The name finally makes that structure legible from the outside, instead of asking a buyer to take it on faith.

The refined position

The sharper name let us sharpen the claim underneath it. Take US market entry, the case we see most. A European medtech or healthtech company arrives with a product that outperforms and a brand that does not translate. A position that reads as authoritative in Zurich or Berlin reads as cold, or simply unfamiliar, to a US procurement reviewer who has never encountered you. The product clears the technical bar. The brand never clears the committee. That is the gap STR3.AGENCY is built to close, before it costs you the deal.

And it is the gap STR3.AI is built to find at scale. nunNEO is not a marketing add-on. It is the intelligence infrastructure underneath the agency, reading where a brand fails to register and where that failure surfaces in the buying process. The agency brings the judgment. nunNEO brings the read. Naming the AI as its own house, rather than burying it inside a service line, is us saying plainly what it is: a product, not a feature.

Everything evolves. The work is knowing what to change and what to protect. Get that line wrong and you lose either your edge or your equity.

The standard we now hold, out loud

Here is the part that matters if you are the one deciding. We changed our name because we were unwilling to make our own buyers work harder than they should, in a category where every extra second of friction is a reason to pass. Your brand is not read the way you intend it. It is read the way a committee of skeptics receives it, in the seconds before they decide whether you are the safe bet or the unknown one.

We held ourselves to that standard first. Now we build for companies ready to do the same. The name is new. The conviction is not. STR3 is simply the version that stops explaining itself and starts doing the work.
